St Johnston v North Fermanagh

St Johnston collected their first league points of the season when they defeated Fermanagh in a rearranged league game in midweek. Making first use of the wicket Fermanagh could only manage 109 on a difficult wicket. Extras top scored with 27 and Lionel Semple 22, and Giles Moan 20 were the only players to reach double figures. David and Alan MacBeth both picked up 3 wickets apiece, and Stuart Lapsley two. In reply Fermanagh made early inroads picking up 6 quick wickets with Giles Moan taking three. However thanks to Alan MacBeth¹s 44 which included three fours and 2 sixes, and an unbeaten 29 from David Fleming they got home with four wickets to spare.
