Coleraine v N Fermanagh
26 May
Coleraine¹s fine early season form can be accounted for by the emergence of Tim Chopra who has proved to be the find of the season. His attacking style with the bat proved to really entertaining. He raced to to 52 including 5 fours and 2 sixes before being run out. His brother Vischal joined Rodney Lockhart at the crease and this pair took the score to 98 before Chopra was caught by Pete Keogh off Jim Maguire for 17. Two more quick wickets then fell with Maguire bowling Oliver for no score and Keogh catching James Carson off Narse for no score. Coleraine were wobbling at this juncture but a match winning 56 run partnership between Stephen Mc Cartney who made 24 and Rodney Lockhart with an unbeaten 50 which had 4 fours saw them home. |
