1. How do you feel about your team ahead of the Americas Under 19 Championship in Canada?
In the first place this team has traind a lot to be where it is, I have seen a lot of progress in each one of us over the past few months. This is because of the efort we are all putting in to it, and also the coaches that have given us their full support. I am confident of what this team can do, and for sure we can guarantee a hundred percent effort each time we get on the field.

Tissera, who represents Belgrano in domestic club cricket, was a member of the Argentina "A" team that won the tournament, and was man of the match in the final game against Brazil."

2. What is your opinion of Under 19 cricket in Argentina?
I think that Under 19 cricket has improved in Argentina in the last few years. We have new players that form part of this Under 19 team, and there are others that are training hard to get there. A lot of good players are still, only 15 or 16, so they still have some years in this category, and with a lot of potential to be good players.

3. Cricket is a minority sport in Argentina. Why is it a sport you have chosen to play, and what do you think will make more young people play the game in Argentina?
When I got to play cricket for the first time in Argentina, I was 10 years old at the time, and since then I have not stopped. I play several sports, but cricket really got inside me. I think what the ACA is doing for cricket in Argentina is great, I feel slowly but surely more and more people will play the sport every season. The most important idea is for the kids to keep coming back every summer, and playing in their clubs, and having a good time, that's what will keep them in the sport. It is difficult because we have no cricket on television, but if kids get the chance to play it, like I did, I am sure many will love it.

4. What are looking forward to achieving in the forthcoming tournament, as a player and as a team?
I am looking forward to being exposed to a higher level of cricket that will surely improve my own game overall. But also my mentality is wanting to win every game, and for me and the team to show the best they can. Probably the main goal for the team is to form a group where friendship and support will make us succeed, especially in our own goals, in the upcoming tournament.

5. What are your cricket ambitions once you head out of Under 19 cricket into senior cricket?
My biggest ambition is to make my way to the Argentina senior national team, and play international cricket. I am also looking forward to having the opportunity of playing overseas one day, and taking my cricket to the highest level possible for me, and for that I am totally committed to working as hard as I can, because that's what it takes.
