Scotland will start its campaign in the new 2011-12 ICC Intercontinental Cup with a home match against the Netherlands on 21-24 June at Aberdeen.
The eight teams that will make up the 2011-12 competition remain to be decided - as Scotland, Ireland, Netherlands, Afghanistan, Canada and Kenya contains eight sides will be joined by the top two finishers in the World Cricket League Division 2 tournament in Dubai in April.
Scotland of course reached the final of the 2009-10 competition which was held in Dubai last December, with Afghanistan coming out on top.
Following the four-day match, the teams also pay three Twenty20 inetrnationals, also at Mannofield - two games are scheduled for Tuesday 28 June and the final one in the series will take place the following day. The series will be part of both sides' preparations for the 2012 T20 World Cup Qualifier which is expected to be hedl early in 2012, probably in the UAE.
Cricket Scotland will be announcing further Intercontinental Cup fixtures in due course.
