Limavady progressed to the last eight of the Northern Bank Senior Cup defeating near neighbours The Nedd by 61 runs in their protracted cup clash.
Half centuries from Mark and Adam McDaid had helped Limavady post 212 for 8 when the game was stopped on Sunday night.
Resuming on Tuesday, The Nedd made a steady start to reach 79 for 3, but lost two quick wickets to effectively end the game as a contest.
Alex Steele (22), Dean Mehaffey (18), Martin Mehaffey (18), and Vinny O'Hara (17) all reached double figures, but none was able to build the substantial innings required to pull off a major shock.
The Nedd's final total of 151 was boosted by 31 extras, but still well short of what was required.
Best with the ball for Limavady were Stuart Thompson (3-23), Paul Blackburn (3-28), and Simon Dunn (2-22).
Limavady join Bready and Strabane in the final eight, with the other five sides to be decidedĀ on Saturday.
