The Scottish selectors have named an unchanged squad to travel down to the Emirates ICG to take on Durham in their Group B, Clydesdale Bank 40 fixture this Sunday (27 May).

Currently sitting third in the table the Saltires will have the chance to quickly recover from their defeat against Hampshire last week.

The Saltires were placed in the same group as the men from the Riverside in 2011- the fixture at the Citylets Grange last year saw Scot, Kyle Coetzer score 100 against his teammates.

The Saltires ran Durham close in last year’s away fixture, although their hosts finally won the contest with 10 balls to spare and eventually reached the semi-finals of the competition in 2011.

Ahead of the trip Pete Steindl said, “It is important that we bounce back from our loss to Hampshire quickly. We will be looking to emulate the aggression and intensity we showed against Notts this weekend against Durham.”

Scottish Saltires: Fraser Watts, Ryan Flannigan, Calum MacLeod, Jean Symes, Josh Davey, Richie Berrington, Preston Mommsen, Craig Wallace+, Majid Haq, Matthew Parker, Gordon Drummond (Captain), Alasdair Evans, Moneeb Iqbal
