Andrew O'Reilly and Aidan Kelleher starred as Munster beat their Leinster Under 15 counterparts by three wickets at The Mardyke.
O'Reilly claimed four wickets for just 13 runs as the much vaunted Leinster U15 side batted poorly to score just 122 all out in 33 .4 overs.
Cormac McCarthy-Hann (2-19), Aaron Crawley, Kieran O'Reilly and Gavin Deveraux were the other wicket takers.
Jamie Grassi top scored with 28 in the Leinster batting, while Mark Donegan (24) and Stephen Doheny (14) were the other contributors of note.
In reply Aidan Kelleher with 43 and Nathan Bryan (29) ensured the famous win was secured.
Sim Singh (2-17) and Fionn Hand (2-27) were the best of the Leinster attack.
The win gives a much needed boost to youth cricket in the Munster region, which has been much maligned in recent years, and saw them not featuring at all in this years youth Inter-Provincial series.
