Ryan Watson (captain) DOB: 12/11/76 Born: Harare, Zimbabwe Batting/Bowling: RHB/RM	Scored a century off 43 balls for Scotland against Durham in a National League match in 2003. Hit a match-winning 94 against Ireland in the final of the ICC Trophy 2005. Made 123 not out against Canada at the ICC World Cricket League Division One in 2007. Captained Scotland for the first time against Pakistan in Edinburgh in 2006. Skippered the side in the ICC World Twenty20 2007.
Richard Berrington DOB: 3/4/87 Born: Pretoria, South Africa Batting/Bowling: RHB/RMF	Represented Scotland in the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup 2006. Attended the ICC Winter Training Camp in 2005. Part of the ICC European Cricket Academy 2008 in Mumbai. Made his ODI debut in the Associate tri-series against Ireland and New Zealand in July 2008.
John Blain DOB: 4/1/79 Born: Edinburgh Batting/Bowling: RHB/RFM	Captained Scotland in the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup 1998 and also played in the Commonwealth Games that same year Played county cricket in the UK for Northamptonshire from 1997-2002 and for Yorkshire from 2003-2006. Dismissed Ricky Ponting and Stephen Fleming in the ICC CWC 1999, taking ten wickets in the event. Leading wicket-taker for his country in the history of the ICC Trophy, with 33 wickets. Had a brief football career with Falkirk.
Kyle Coetzer DOB: 14/4/84 Born: Aberdeen Batting/Bowling: RHB/RMF	Captained Scotland at the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup 2004. Hit his maiden first-class hundred in 2007 against Durham UCCE. Averaged 38 in the County Championship for Durham in 2007. Scored 61 against Hampshire in the Friends Provident Trophy Final at Lord's in 2007. Spent some of the 2007-08 winter in Mumabi at a Cricket Academy.
Gordon Drummond DOB: 21/4/80 Batting/Bowling: RHB/RM	Made his ODI debut against the West Indies. Took his first ODI wicket in his third match, against Ireland in July 2007. Regained place in the Scotland side for the ICC Intercontinental Cup in July 2008 for the game against Canada.
Gavin Hamilton DOB: 16/9/74 Born: Broxburn Batting/Bowling: LHB	Played his only Test for England in Johannesburg in 1999. Was Scotland's leading run-scorer at the ICC CWC 1999 with 217 runs at an average of 54.25. Has won the county championship with Yorkshire. Now works in sales. Enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
Majid Haq DOB: 11/2/83 Born: Paisley Batting/Bowling: LHB/OB	Took 4-28 v West Indies in Dublin in 2007. Scored 203 runs (average 33.83) and also took eight wickets in the ICC World Cricket League in Kenya this year. Leading wicket-taker for his country in the ICC CWC 2007. Took two wickets at the ICC World Twenty20 2007. He helps his Father's family takeaway business, which has been open in Paisley for more than thirty years.
Gregor Maiden DOB: 22/7/79 Born: Glasgow Batting/Bowling: RHB/ON/WK	Was Scotland's leading wicket-taker at the ICC U/19 Cricket World Cup 1998. Previously played for Lancashire in England. At one stage held world record for highest ninth-wicket partnership in all-time list 'A' cricket, along with Chris Schofield. Member of the squad in the ICC World Twenty20 2007, but didn't play a game. He is a corporate banking manager for Bank of Scotland.
Neil McCallum DOB: 22/11/77 Born: Edinburgh Batting/Bowling: RHB	Scored 68 on his ODI debut against Pakistan in 2006. Made 181 against the Netherlands in the ICC Intercontinental Cup in 2007. Hit a century against Ireland in the ICC World Cricket League in 2007. Played in two matches in the ICC CWC 2007. He is a PE teacher by profession.
Dewald Nel DOB: 6/6/80 Born: Klerksdorp, Transvaal, South Africa Batting/Bowling: RHB/RMF	Born in South Africa, he has played for Scotland at the U/23 and senior level. He took the wicket of Inzamam-ul-Haq on his ODI debut. Attended the ICC Winter Training Camp in 2005 and 2006. Took 2-25 against Pakistan at the ICC World Twenty20 2007. Also has experience of Twenty20 cricket with Worcestershire.
Navdeep Poonia DOB: 11/5/86 Born: Glasgow Battting/Bowling: RHB/RMF	Struggled to have an impact in his ODI career, making five ducks in his first 10 ODIs His first ODI half-century was against Canada in 2007. Scored a century for Warwickshire against Cambridge University in 2008. Part of the Scotland squad in the ICC World Twenty20 2007.
Glenn Rogers DOB: 12/4/77 Born: Sydney, Australia Batting/Bowling: RHB/SLA	Contracted typhoid in Kenya and missed the ICC World Cricket League in 2007. Member of the Scotland squad in the ICC CWC 2007 and played in all the three matches. Has represented Europe v MCC at Lord's. He is a graphic artist. His interests include running, cycling and hiking.
Colin Smith DOB: 27/9/72 Born: Aberdeen Batting/Bowling: RHB/WK	Played club cricket in Australia for six seasons. Represented Scotland at every age group. Scored Scotland's only half-century in the ICC CWC 2007 when he hit a 51 against Australia at Basseterre. He is a police officer.
Fraser Watts DOB: 5/6/79 Born: King's Lynn, England Batting/Bowling: RHB/RM	Member of the ICC Intercontinental Cup winning squad in 2004. Made 55 in the ICC Trophy final against Ireland in 2005. Scored 212 runs at an average of 42.20 in the ICC World Cricket League in 2007. Played two matches in the ICC CWC 2007. Top scored for Scotland with 46 against Pakistan in the ICC World Twenty20 2007.
