The Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 7 Technical Committee has approved a replacement player for the Guernsey squad.

David Hooper has replaced Justin Meades due to injury. In accordance with the Tournament Rules, Justin Meades cannot return to the Guernsey squad for the remainder of the tournament.
