South Australia and Somerset batsman Tom Cooper has received a last minute call up to the Netherlands side for the coming World T20 in India.

Cooper replaces Sikander Zulfiqar, who had been stranded in the Netherlands owing to visa difficulties, though it is understood the ACC's young allrounder will still fly to India to join the squad.

Cooper's last minute call-up is reminiscent of his late selection at the previous tournament, when he was brought in to replace Tim Gruijters under controversial circumstances.
