Away wins for Dosti-United and Quick Haag over Hermes and HCC on Monday keep them clear at the top of the table, whilst Excelsior and ACC also won away from home at VRA and VOC respectively.

Defending champions Dosti needed just 20.2 overs to chase down Hermes' 131-run total at Harga, continuing their run of wins by margins ranging from convincing to colossal. Hermes showed some commendable spirit after the early loss of Stephan Myburgh - a wicket that usually augurs rapid collapse in the Schiedammers' line-up - especially in the absence of seniors Nick Statham and Haro Seelaar, but were eventually bowled out 7 balls short of the full fifty overs for 131, which was never likely to challenge the title-holders.

Despite losing opening partner Myburgh with the score on just 13 - caught behind off Mudassar Bukhari for 8, Olivier Elenbaas would grind out a dogged 32 to keep the innings together, holding off the formidable Dosti attack for 129 deliveries. Ahsan Malik and Vimal Tewarie ensured a regular changeover at the other end however, Seb Braat's 10 from 16 the only other double-digit score from the middle order as Hermes were reduced to 58-7. Elenbaas was joined by Mustafa Nesaar for the 8th wicket however, and together the pair put on another 60 runs to take the hosts into three figures. Elenbaas would eventually become keeper Rahil Ahmed's fourth catch of the day, with Nesaar top-scoring with 39 from 59 before falling to Robbie Frylinck.

Dosti would lose three wickets in the chase, openers Vinoo Tewarie and Ahmed caught off Henrico Venter and Manider Singh respectively, with Elenbaas dismissing Sherry Butt with 38 still needed. Colin Ackermann would see Dosti comfortably home however, hitting 59 off 44 balls as Dosti notched up another comfortable win.

Meanwhile at de Diepput Quick Haag recovered from a shaky start against HCC to post an imposing 249 courtesy a 131-run partnership for the 6 wicket between Wesley Barresi and Ryan Cartwright, before the latter's three early wickets dealt the host's chase a blow from which it never really recovered, HCC eventually falling 48 runs short.

Having won the toss and elected to bat, Quick stuttered early on Hidde Overdijk holding onto a catch off Mark Jonkman to dismiss Bob van Gigch early before striking twice in succession to remove Tim Gruijters and Rogier Rooda as Quick looked to rebuild. That Quick had 76 on the board by the time the 4th wicket fell was largely due to a composed innings from Lesley Stokkers, and when he was caught off Werner Coetsee for 65 with Quick still in double figures the visitors looked in trouble. Barresi and Cartwright's Accelerating parternship turned the momentumof the game entirely though, Barresi dominating the scoring with 87 from 67 balls and Cartwright contributing 53 from 63.

By the time both fell victim to Jonkman the damage had been done, and HCC were left needing 250 for victory. A fine 59 from Tonny Staal the top of the order would ordinarily be a good start, but Cartwright removed the rest of the top order cheaply, and when Staal was caught of Stokkers in the deep the hosts were 5 wickets down and still 143 runs adrift. Jonkman's rearguard 33 from 66 balls would be the next best score, but it would not be enough to deny Quick, as HCC were bowled out for 201, Cartwright returning to pick up a fourth wicket - finishing with figures of 4-31.

ACC likewise bagged a convincing away win over VOC at Hazelaarweg. JP de Villiers took 5-27 as the hosts were bowled out for 169, Asad Zulfiqar carrying the bat as the ACC made the runs five-down with 6 overs to spare.

Having won the toss and elected to bat, the hosts suffered an early blow when de Villiers had Jelte Schoonheim clean bowled for a duck in the first over, but Tim Ruyters and Dirk van Baren dug in to put on 81 runs for the next wicket before Ruyters was run out for 27. It was one-way traffic from then however, van Baren pressed on but found no-one able to stay with him for long as de Villiers removed the rest of the top-order around him.

Van Baren's would eventually be the 9th wicket to fall, stumped off Asad Zulfiqar for 86 with 169 on the board, and de Villiers wrapped things up shortly thereafter without another run being scored.

Asad Zulfiqar would anchor the ACC chase, carrying the bat to make his second fifty of the weekend, finishing on a stately 59 from 138. VOC chipped away with regular wickets, Pieter Seelaar taking 2-17 in his ten overs, but it wasn't enough. Brisk innings of 25 and 23 from Mangi Mohsele and Rehmat Zulfiqar were enough to see the Amsterdammers home.

Fellow Amsterdammers VRA would go winless again however, falling 25 short against Excelsior at Amstelveen. The host had Excelsior on the back foot early when Quirijn Gunning had Tim Etman caught behind off the third ball of the innings, but VRA were unable to press the advantage as Excelsior Number 3 Lorenzo Ingram built big partnerhis with Roel Verhagen and Matt McGillivray to take the score past 150. Leon Turmaine eventually trapped Ingram LBW for 69 on the 1st ball of the 32nd over, and following it up with the wickets of Tom Heggelman and David Woutersen in the same spell. In the meantime Peter Borren had McGillivray caught for 58 and at 181-6 the momentum of the Excelsior innings had been slowed.

A brisk 31-run partnership between Joost Kroesen and Rens van Troost kept the scoreboard ticking, and despite three quick wickets for Adeel Raja closing the innings 9 balls short of 50 overs, with 228 on the board the game was evenly poised at the break.

A disciplined effort with the ball kept a lid on things early in the VRA chase however, and with Raja, Ruben van den Bergh and Emile van den Burg all getting out after getting starts VRA were stuck on the back foot throughout the innings. A 58-run partnership between Ashwin Oppu and Eric Szwarczynski came too slowly to put the visitors under pressure, and when Oppu and skipper Peter Borren fell in rapid succession VRA found themselves needing 130 from 17 overs with only 5 wickets remaining.

Quirijn Gunning again offered Szwarczynski some solid support as the pair added 96 for the 6th wicket, but the runs weren't coming quickly enough and when Gunning was run out for a 47-ball 32 with 11 balls left and 38 needed the task was all but impossible. Mitch Lees and Sadiq Mahmood valiantly perished in the attempt, but the hosts had left themselves too much to do, and Excelsior closed out a 25-run victory.
