The Gibraltar Cricket Association invites applications for the post of CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. Job specifications and conditions can be found here.

Reporting directly to the Board, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible for combining his vision for the domestic future of the game and achieving ICC Global KPI compliance through the design and delivery of an annual “Operational Plan and Budget Report.” This will include close liaison with the Financial Manager, ICC Compliance Officer and other key stakeholders, drawing down of funding, creation and development of sponsor partnerships, budgeting and reporting processes and workforce planning.

Additional duties will involve the direct supervision of a full-time Cricket Development Officer, linking the successful schools and junior programme from grass roots to adult cricket: integrating volunteers, developing partnerships between Government agencies, schools, clubs and ensuring appropriate competitions take place to achieve agreed targets.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience of sports development and management, preferably within a cricket environment

Although knowledge of ECB/ICC planning and reporting processes would be advantageous, other relevant experience is also seen as desirable.
