Saturday 14 April (Trent Johnston)

FRIDAY'S performance is behind us now. Our minds have turned towards Bangladesh. In a way our minds have always been on Bangladesh. We know this is a game we can win. Maybe even a game we have to win. We have to be up for this even more than we were up for Australia. I know I don't even have to tell the guys this. They know this is effectively our World Cup final.

We have a good session today, just an easy work-out, nothing too heavy. The hard work has all been done now. It's all about fresh limbs and alert minds now. We all know what another victory would mean to the squad and to Irish cricket. I really hope we can deliver.
