Estonia played their first internationals since becoming an affiliate member of the ICC in the Carmel Euro Twenty20 today, and won them both.

They started the day by scoring 165/4 against Russia before bowling them out for 134 to win by 31 runs. They then beat the Czech Republic by ten runs in the very next match. Playing two matches one after the other wasn't easy for the Estonians, but they acquitted themselves well in their two wins and have one foot in the semi-finals.

The day's final match saw Russia lose to the Cricket Board of Wales XI by 8 wickets after being bowled out for just 66.

After a busy day today, Estonia and Russia get a well deserved day off tomorrow. Croatia and Poland will be the teams to play twice tomorrow, taking on each other before playing the hosts Carmel CC and Slovakia respectively.
