Walkovers Cricket Club in Jersey is aiming to set a world record by playing four games of cricket on four different Channel Islands in one day, raising money for cystic fibrosis.

The Jersey Evening Post reports that the team will play their first match (all games are Twenty20 matches) on the 27th of June at 7am in Alderney after staying overnight. They will then fly to Guernsey for the second match before travelling to Sark and then back hope to Jersey on a rigid inflatable boat for the final two matches of the day.

Speaking to the Jersey Evening Post, club president John Patterson said, "The idea is to raise both awareness and funds for cystic fibrosis, something that our friend and team-mate Kevin English suffers from."
