Kenny Carroll turned in a quite brilliant all-round performance as Railway Union gave themsleves another boost in their quest to avoid the dreaded drop.
The former Irish World Cup player followed up his five wicket haul to score an unbeaten 89 as Railway chased a DL adjusted target on 178 in 36 overs to win by six wickets with four balls to spare.
He shared stands of 52 with Hafeez (20) and 92 with Rachit Gaur (48) to ensure the win was never really in any doubt despite going to the last over.
Pembroke's top three had given them a great start before Carroll's destructive spell of 5 for 27.
Skipper Ryan Hopkins top scored with 49, sharing a 90 run opening partnership with Robin Russell (45), while Theo Lawson made 48 in their total of 192 for 8 in 45 overs.
