Who runs the CricketEurope Shop?

The CricketEurope Shop is a joint venture involving CricketEurope and various national official cricket governing bodies.

Something to sell?

The Shop currently sells cricket equipment, clothing, club and ground equipment, books, match programmes, etc. If you have written books, want to sell second-hand books or any cricketing memorabilia, or have cricket-0related services that you wish to sell online through us, please contact us at office@cricketeurope.net.

We use PayPal for processing payments for goods bought in our shop. This gives you the flexibility of paying using either your PayPal account (if you have one) or else using a wide range of credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Delta, Switch and Solo.

CricketEurope is owned by UlsterWeb and PayPal handles payments on behalf of UlsterWeb. However, payments will ppear as "CRICKETEUROPE" on your credit card statements.

All prices in this shop are quoted in UK Pounds. Our postage and handling charges are divided into three zones: UK, Europe (Inc Republic of Ireland) and the Rest of the World. These charges are shown as you add items to your shopping cart.

When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you're protected 100% against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

PayPal uses state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and their expert staff monitors transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enabling you to pay safely.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of placing your order with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the later). If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned as soon as we have received the goods in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. The address to which returned goods must be sent is given below.

CricketEurope does not share any of the information you provide to us with any third party vendor.

We ship orders as soon as we receive them (usually within two business days). Occasionally items are not in stock but we will notify you in that case.
